The goal is uniting community. We’re bringing a
diverse group of folks together for an afternoon.
Show the world that community bridges occupation,
pastime, and passion. We’re also raising funds for
the “I Love U Guys” Foundation. We’ve done some
amazing things in the aftermath of tragedy. It’s an
important message. Important actions. The generous
donations from participants and onlookers are
distributed responsibly and effectively toward the
stated goals of The “ I Love U Guys’ Foundation.
The Ride
Bikes begin assembling early in the south parking lot
at Columbine High School (6201 S. Pierce St.,
Littleton, Co 80123). Around 10 a.m. some people
you might know will say a few words before a balloon
launch. Balloons will be launched in memory
of the lives lost violently in American schools.
Bikes begin leaving Columbine at 10:30 a.m. and
ride to Platte Canyon High School (57393 US Hwy.
285, Bailey, CO 80421). The distance is approximately
37 miles.
The ER::5K Run
The ER::5K , now known as Emily’s Run 5K, is a
memorial run/walk and it’s open to everyone. It's
hosted by the Park County Sheriff’s Office for the
second year. Many emergency responders participate
in this memorial 5K run/walk as a tribute to first
responders around the country.
Registration begins at 9 a.m. at Platte Canyon High
School.
